Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Bontus Game Center account, follow the instructions below.
Important: Account deletion is an irreversible process. Once your request is processed, all your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data associated with your profile will be permanently removed:
- Your player profile and username.
- All your game progress, achievements, and scores.
- Physical board game code registrations associated with your account.
- Any other information linked to your account within BGC.
How to request deletion?
To request the deletion of your Bontus Game Center account, send an email to the following address:
In your email, include the following information so we can identify your account:
- The username or email address associated with your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account.
- Your full name (if available on your profile).
- The email subject should be: "BGC Account Deletion Request".
Processing time
Your deletion request will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the email. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Additional considerations
- If your account was created through Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, deleting your BGC account does not affect your Google or Apple account.
- After deletion, you may create a new account, but without access to previous data.
