1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Bontus Game Center (BGC) application, our website, or purchasing our physical products (board games, card games, skill and puzzle games), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Bontus offers the following services and products:

• Bontus Game Center (BGC): a free mobile application of interactive video games controlled through body gestures and movements, available for iOS and Android.
• Physical board games: board games, card games, construction, skill, and puzzle games designed and manufactured by Bontus.
• Website: an informational platform about our products and services.

3. User Accounts

Access to BGC is managed through Google Play Games and/or Apple Game Center services. By using these authentication services:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account on the corresponding platform.
• You must meet the minimum age required by the platform or have authorization from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in BGC, on the website, and in our physical products, including but not limited to designs, graphics, characters, game mechanics, texts, logos, trademarks, software, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of Bontus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the BGC software.
• Use Bontus trademarks, logos, or designs without express authorization.

5. Acceptable Use

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not attempt to alter, hack, or interfere with the operation of the application or website.
• Not use the services for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
• Play safely, in an adequate space, especially in games that require body movement.

6. Purchases and Payments

The BGC application is free. Should in-app purchases be offered in the future, they will be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store platforms and will be subject to the terms and refund policies of those platforms. Physical products purchased through our store or authorized distributors are subject to the sales and warranty conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bontus provides its services "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for physical injuries resulting from improper use of games that require body movement. We recommend playing in a spacious and safe area.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from the moment they are published on the website or in the application. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentina.
