• Camera movement data: Positional body information processed locally through MediaPipe, which is instantly destroyed after being interpreted for the game.
• Registration and Login: We use official Google Play Games and Apple Game Center services. BGC does not have access to your email address or passwords. We only receive the basic public profile data that these platforms provide us to identify the player.
• Physical box codes: When registering a code from our physical board games in the application, we collect the country from which the registration is made for purely statistical purposes.

2. Camera and Movement Data Usage

The data captured by your device's camera is used exclusively to:

• Detect and process body gestures necessary to play the game.
• Improve the accuracy of motion recognition during the session.

This data (including any camera capture) is processed in real-time on your device and is never transmitted to external servers nor is it accessible to us or any third parties.

3. Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures. For code registration and game data, we utilize the secure infrastructure provided by Google Play Games and Apple Game Center. We do not store sensitive or personal data on our own servers.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. The common data provided by Google Play Games and Apple Game Center is managed under the policies of those platforms. Information will only be shared in exceptional cases such as:

• When required by law.
• To protect our rights or safety.
• With your express consent.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access or delete your progress data through the native options of Google Play Games and Apple Game Center.
• Revoke camera permissions at any time from your device's settings (if you do so, you will not be able to play the interactive motion games).

6. Children under Age

BGC is a game designed for all ages. We do not intentionally collect contact information such as emails from minors, as authentication depends entirely on app store services. We recommend that minors use appropriate parental controls on their devices.
