About this game
Go Fish! is a charming marine-themed card game that teaches younger children to interact, ask and negotiate in a playful way. Each player is dealt 6 fish cards, and the goal is to collect groups of 4 identical fish. For the cards you’re missing, ask the other players!
If the player you ask has the card, they must give it to you. But if they don’t have it… go fish! Drawing a card from the central deck always has that taste of underwater adventure: maybe you’ll find exactly what you needed, or maybe you’ll discover a completely new fish that opens up a different strategy.
This game stimulates fundamental skills in child development: attention and visual perception to identify the fish, interpersonal communication to ask for the right cards, and deduction to remember what the other players have. With colorful marine illustrations and an accessible mechanic, it’s perfect for the youngest members of the family.
